Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our programs. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase, subject to the terms below.

How to request a refund

Email support@profitavengers.com from the email address you used to purchase. Include your order number and a brief reason. We review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

Eligibility

  • Request made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not violated our Terms or community rules.
  • For coaching, live events, and done-with-you programs: refunds may be pro-rated or ineligible once sessions have been delivered. Specific terms are disclosed at checkout.
  • Third-party software and tools billed separately are governed by their own refund policies.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Past charges outside the 14-day window are non-refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve any billing issue directly and quickly.
